Saudi jobs: Private sector employees to receive increased minimum wage
Effective Tuesday, September 5, the modified wage policy, facilitated through HADAF subsidies, represents an increase from the current $853 (SAR 3,200) minimum salary for qualifying individuals.
In a communique, Hadaf outlined that the revised regulations aim to enhance the domestic labour landscape. The Saudi human resources fund stated that the wage augmentation is in line with a sustained strategy to aid employers in the hiring of workforce within Saudi Arabia.

Further revisions encompass alterations to the stipulated duration for lodging a request for assistance, subsequent to the enrolment of personnel data for social insurance.
Companies are authorised to request wage assistance for staff 90 days post the individual’s registration.
